.180" Steel Super CV-Hooks

Our .187" Steel Super CV-Hooks are designed for medium-duty powder coating and finishing applications where added strength and dependable part positioning matter. The flat Super CV design combines a V-shaped bend on one end with a rounded bowl on the other. The bowl faces the opposite direction from the bowl on a traditional CV-hook, giving you another option for hanging parts with different contact or orientation requirements.

The medium-duty .187" steel wire provides increased rigidity for larger parts and more demanding production environments. The V-end creates a defined contact point while the opposing bowl provides a rounded hanging surface, making these hooks well suited for conveyor coating lines, batch finishing, painting, plating, and other industrial hanging applications.

All of our Steel Super CV-Hooks are proudly manufactured in the USA and made for real production environments with a focus on consistency, availability, and easy ordering. Our hooks are run into boxes and separated by layers to help reduce entanglement during shipping. They can still get jumbled up in transit, but the layered packaging helps keep them easier to separate and use when they arrive.
