Return Policy – Hook Authority

We supply powder coating hooks for real production environments, and we keep our return policy clear and consistent.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for standard, stock items only. All returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in like-new condition.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This covers inspection, handling, and inventory reprocessing.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Hook Authority is not responsible for lost returns in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and not eligible for return:

• Custom or made-to-order powder coating hooks
• Used, installed, or modified hooks
• Items not in original packaging or not in new condition

• Order number
• Items you want to return
• Reason for return

All returns must be approved prior to shipping.
