.162" Steel Super CV-Hooks

Our .162" Steel Super CV-Hooks are a strong, versatile option for powder coating and industrial finishing applications where you need more rigidity while maintaining two different hanging profiles. Each flat hook features a V-shaped bend on one end and a rounded bowl on the other. Unlike a standard CV-hook, the bowl bends in the opposing direction for a different part and rack hanging configuration.

The medium-duty .162" steel wire provides a good balance of strength, stiffness, and ease of handling for small to medium-sized components. These hooks work well on conveyor lines, batch coating systems, paint lines, and other finishing setups where the combination of a V contact point and reverse bowl can provide better positioning for the application.

Our hooks are run into boxes and separated by layers to help reduce entanglement during shipping. They can still get jumbled up in transit, but the layered packaging helps keep them easier to separate and use when they arrive.
