.080" Steel Super CV-Hooks

Our .080" Steel Super CV-Hooks are a lightweight option for powder coating and finishing applications where you need a smaller hook with two different hanging profiles. Each flat Super CV-Hook combines a V-shaped bend on one end with a rounded bowl on the opposite end. Unlike a traditional CV-hook, the bowl is bent in the opposing direction, creating a unique hook configuration for applications where a standard CV-hook does not provide the positioning you need.

The lightweight .080" steel wire works well for small parts, lighter components, batch coating, conveyor lines, paint lines, and other industrial finishing applications. The V-end provides a defined contact point while the opposing bowl gives you a rounded hanging surface on the other side, making the Super CV-Hook a versatile option for lighter production work.

All of our Steel Super CV-Hooks are proudly manufactured in the USA and made for real production environments where consistency, availability, and easy ordering matter. Our hooks are run into boxes and separated by layers to help reduce entanglement during shipping. They can still get jumbled up in transit, but the layered packaging helps keep them easier to separate and use when they arrive.
